Waynua, formerly known as CallPageboy, is a leader in delivering AI-enhanced outsourced customer service solutions. With over 52 years of experience and 250 live customers globally, they provide highly responsive customer service and technical support through a blend of live agents and AI technologies. As Waynua underwent a rebranding transformation, they sought a digital presence that would reflect this evolution—a fresh, modern design aligned with their core ethos of human-first, technology-enhanced service.

The challenge was to create a website that could clearly communicate Waynua’s extensive information about their services in an engaging yet easily navigable format, in line with their new brand identity. This is where Laposa and Alkamee joined forces—each leveraging their unique set of skills for a seamless and aesthetically compelling website launch.

Project Collaboration

The project was a joint effort between Laposa and Alkamee, a branding agency known for its innovative work in strategic brand identity, naming, and design.

Alkamee aimed to create a design that embodied the fresh, bold, yet professional nature of the Waynua brand. They carefully curated a unique blend of colors, visual elements, and layouts that would communicate sophistication while remaining user-friendly.

Meanwhile, Laposa was responsible for making this vision come to life technically. Laposa executed the frontend and backend coding, integrated their flexible open-source Onyx CMS, deployed the site on secure infrastructure, and provided continuous hosting.

The website was built to be not just visually appealing but technically robust, housing a wide array of features and components to accommodate Waynua’s comprehensive service offerings.

Alkamee’s beautiful design was brought to life by Laposa through high-quality graphical elements and images, showcasing Waynua’s services and brand ethos in a visually engaging manner.

Laposa integrated multiple typographic elements like paragraphs, single-column and two-column layouts, allowing for structured content that keeps the user engaged through a mix of short, concise, and in-depth articles. Well-placed call-to-action buttons guide users seamlessly through the site, optimizing navigation and encouraging interaction.

A structured, easy-to-navigate staff list section is highlighting Waynua’s leadership and customer support team. A news section was developed for Waynua to upload and share industry insights and company updates keeping their clientele informed.

Customer feedback and leadership quotes were key to showcasing trust and authority. Stats Component presenting data points like “250 live customers” and “52 years serving businesses” was critical for showcasing Waynua’s industry expertise. Logo Wall Component was built to display logos of Waynua’s top clients and partners as a visual testament to their credibility.

A Solutions section was implemented to highlight Waynua’s various solutions across different industries in a way that’s easy to digest. Resource Centre section features downloadable guides, news and additional information allowing visitors to dive deeper into their solutions.

Technology Stack

At the heart of the project, the front-end development relied on vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which were used to bring Alkamee’s stunning designs to life in a fully responsive and interactive format. CSS ensured precise control over the look and feel of the site, from typography to spacing, in order to maintain consistency with Waynua’s distinct brand identity.

An essential aspect of the project was adding smooth animation effects that seamlessly brought each page to life. Subtle animations were applied to elements such as image transitions, hover effects on buttons, and the reveal of key metrics. This not only made the browsing experience more engaging but also encouraged users to explore the site naturally while maintaining a professional tone worthy of Waynua’s brand.

Laposa employed their open-source Onyx CMS to manage the website effectively while keeping it scalable, secure, and intuitive for Waynua's internal team. Onyx CMS provided several key advantages:

  • Flexibility: Onyx allowed for extensive customization to fit Alkamee's bespoke designs, ensuring pixel-perfect alignment with the creative vision.
  • User-Friendly: Waynua’s internal staff could easily manage updates to content and news posts without needing extensive technical knowledge.
